Just saw a news from Malaysia Insider that our NEM launch delayed till June. At the same time, CIMB going to raise its BLR by 25 points, with this move, i think the rest of the banks in going follow its move subsequently, will it create another buying opportunities for properties counters?
KLCI hits 2 years high at 1322 this morning, with the delayed in NEM, will the recent force at KLCI reduce?
I think it will affect our portfolio….especially those related counters…
We shall see…
